Strategic Thinking Workshops (STW's) from PerformanceCatalyst are your customized, personalized vehicle for getting your Leadership Team to focus on contributing to the 'Future View' of the business and the execution required to make the dream a reality.  The PerformanceCatalyst Strategic Thinking Workshops create a structure for your team to work with before, during and after the sessions we facilitate. 

We start with assigned PreWork for all participants designed to get everyone thinking strategically before walking into the workshop room.  We'll incorporate diagnostics and exercises in the PreWork that focus everyone's attention.  Then, in two intense days, we facilitate your team creating a three year Future View of the organization - a view that says if we can get there, this is a place I want to be!

About two weeks later, we gather for the execution phase - a one-half day Action Planning & Accountability Workshop.  Here, your team creates the 12 - 18 month tightly focused action plan that moves you in the direction of the three year vision.
